A house in the heart of Rixdorf.In the middle of lively Berlin-Neukölln, a very special building is being created in this former Bohemian village from the 18th century. Adjacent to two listed courtyards, 11 units are being carefully created that mediate between this small-scale, historic barn development on Richardplatz and the typical Berlin block perimeter from the Wilhelminian era.
