FÜNF MORGEN Apartments
BERLIN-DAHLEM
Water, forest and what the heart desires
On the site of the former Truman Plaza in the district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, district of Dahlem, a new, diverse urban quarter was created. On the approx. 5,300 m² plot of this urban quarter along Clayallee, five buildings were erected, which are characterized by the coexistence of services, including a day care center for children, and purely residential uses. The 2,630 m² large and designed green area in front of the buildings towards Clayallee complements the integration into the near-natural environment visually. Thus, FÜNF MORGEN Apartments forms the final core of the FÜNF MORGEN area.
Where Berlin is
at it’s greenest.
People from Berlin used to call Dahlem their “Green Salon” – no wonder, considering the numerous parks and avenues, not to mention the Botanic Garden. Just a few hundred meters west of FÜNF MORGEN the marvelous Grunewald stretches out with its chain of lakes.
Here you can wander for hours in the serenity of nature and still be just twenty minutes away from the Kurfürstendamm and the pulsating metropolis. Berlin is a city with much to give – especially its joy.
