Water, forest and whatever your heart desires
A new, diverse urban quarter has been created on the site of the former Truman Plaza in the Dahlem district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Five buildings were erected on the approx. 5,300 m² sub-plot of this urban quarter along Clayallee, which are characterized by the coexistence of services, including a day-care centre, and purely residential uses. The 2,630 m² landscaped green space in front of the buildings facing Clayallee complements the embedding in the natural surroundings. FÜNF MORGEN Apartments thus forms the final centerpiece of the FÜNF MORGEN area.

Where Berlin is greenest
Berliners used to call Dahlem their "green salon". No wonder, just think of the many parks and avenues or the botanical garden. The beautiful Grunewald forest with its chain of lakes begins just over a hundred meters to the west of FÜNF MORGEN.Here you can wander through nature for hours and still always be close enough to the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Kurfürstendamm is only twenty minutes away. Berlin is a city that can do a lot. Above all, it can make you happy.
