As the main shareholder of STOFFEL Holding GmbH the Bavarian project developer and investor Ludwig Maximilian Stoffel always makes the difference in the real estate sector. The STOFFEL Group has been a family-run company for over 115 years and specializes in retail properties as well as residential and commercial buildings, as exemplified by the prestigious properties on Berlin's Kurfürstendamm, Alexanderplatz and Tauentzien.

Acquisition profile for real estate or land offers with the potential for project developments

As part of the development and realization of residential and commercial properties, we are constantly looking for properties for project development (demolition properties, refurbishment properties, existing properties with expiring leases, etc.).

The plot size should be at least 1,000 m² or 400 m² in the city center. The usable area to be built should be over 2,000 m².

We are also looking for plots of approx. 5,000 m² or more for the development of retail parks or logistics areas. These properties should be located on main roads or arterial roads or in otherwise highly frequented areas.

In real estate development, we can cover projects with a volume of between € 5.0 million and € 40.0 million.
