Living in harmony with nature
One of the last building plots on Griebnitzsee has been given a place of peace and relaxation. Each of the four residential units has spacious living areas with terraces and balconies. Large windows create a flowing transition from indoor to outdoor space, for a direct experience of nature with views of the water and the wonderful old trees. Despite its picturesque location on the outskirts of Berlin, the excellent public infrastructure means you can be in the center of either Berlin or Potsdam in no time at all.

Like reeds in water
"For this beautiful house in this quiet location, I wanted to do something simple, something organic and very site-specific. I thought of the cooling breeze from the lake that would penetrate the inner structure of the house - the wind that would catch in the bones of the house. That's why the brushstrokes are curved like reeds. The concrete slab is a 1:1 cast of my brushstroke."Ruth Campau
